When would an Independent Sales Rep want to know that an Opportunity isn't working ??

My Mentor asked me -  Wouldn't you want to know that something doesn't work ?  Sooner than later I hope - - If the ROAD leads to NO RESIDUALS and something that DOES NOT WORK - -

When WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW - - IT DIDNT WORK ??

Imagine your journey lead you through th Desert. Take Noah for instance - it took over 500 years before the floods came. He did believe however many of us do not have 500 years to work an opportunity.  In my company that I rose to the top - I acheived the TOP POSITION in the company !

How come no one ever showed me their RESIDUAL CHECK ?
Why did I believe what people told me ?  Maybe I did'nt want to know the TRUTH....
Maybe I just though that everyone that I worked under would tell me the TRUTH !!!!!

I wonder why my Upline was supposed to help me STOLE my Team Cab Check and wanted me to help them hit the top position by helping them recruit new reps for them when I didnt benefit financially ?  I thought maybe it was just me ??  So I kept going because they said if you never quit then you WIN ... So I turned the other cheek and moved forward to hit Vice President .....  

When you start to look at all the top people in an Opportunity and your company talks about RESIDUAL INCOME - Yet Top Performers who go # 1 and hit the Top Residual Making Position in the Company
Quit ?

Why would they quit if there was BIG RESIDUAL INCOME ?
Perhaps it is because all of the money was in short term activities - such as recruiting reps !!
They say history repeats itself, in my company that definitely was the case because VP's were
quitting every year.

Why would a company attempt to get rid of me or not pay me residuals on a customer base that brings in 25 million dollars a year - - Hmm..  I wonder ..

On a more positive note:  Watch one of my favorite mentors - He wrote a book called the 4 hour work week. Imagine the concept of working less time and making more money ?  Working smarter vs. harder makes sense.

They say that a VW cant outrace a Ferrari - because of the type of vehicle you are in - It doesnt matter how good you dry a VW - The Ferrari is a better vehicle.  What kind of vehicle are you in ?  Is there a cap on your opportunity ?  Does your company promote wealth and abundance or FEAR ?

Fear is if you dont keep going or focus on our opportunity then you get bad mouthed by the company. Abundance comes from being generous - Allowing People to Get Paid !!  Giving more than is expected !

I am working with an ASIAN COMPANY and their main concern is to build a satisfied customer base !
They dont even care if you work and make money in other opportunities because they have confidence
of their customer retention rate !!   In fact some of the top people left our opportunity and took all their leaders and they still get a small check every month for $ 22,000 a month !!  Guess What ? Our company
didnt attempt to deactivate them for leaving because they built the customer base !!

Amazing that a company has over 5 million satisfied customers in Asia and they has a distributor in Asia making 7 figures per month !!!  We have not even started on the 600 million people between Canada and Mexico - - where there are only just below 700 million people !!!

Why do all USA companies threaten leaders or try to deactivate them ... FEAR ...
Maybe the company makes more money by not paying them on the customer base they built.

Some people sa well maybe you should have got more Personal Customers in your 1st Network Marketing Company then you would have a RESIDUAL .  I did acquire close to 250-300 person customers however
better deals came along so unfortunately after acquiring those customer I lost 95% of those customer - even though they were friends  and warm market customers - better deals - better customer service .... I thought maybe it was something I did wrong....  I was an Independent Representative - So I can't really blame the company - because I signed the Independent Representative's Agreement.

3 Customers left out of that many ? What Happened .... Its because of Technology - Technology isnt residual unless your deal is always better than the competition ......

Work with the Masses - Dine with the Classes !!! Neccesity vs. Luxury

I must say that if you study all Billionaires and those who have wealth - Many make millions off of something that everyone uses. Sometimes the masses miss something BIG because - People "THINK" How can you make money off something that doesn't cost that much ???   It's because it hardly costs anything that everyone USES IT !!

Here is a GREAT INTERVIEW with RICHARD BRANSON - Top Billionaire who owns over 200 companies - and he states if its too much work - then he is not interested. His FUN approach and philosophy creates a GAME out of Life !!!   Be Passionate about what YOU DO !!  Have FUN !!

CHANGE - The Definition of Insanity is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over

For those of you who are Leaders - Change is something that is constant. In my 1st Company - They taught us that the "Definition of Insanity" is doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results. Albert Einstein states " You cannot get out of a problem with the same thinking that got you into that situation" .

Change is something than many business owners and billionaires are familiar with. Most billionaires own multiple businesses and diversify their investments and involvements. The 80/ 20 rule is something where the philosophy is to spend 80% of your efforts on the 20% of your team or companies that produce the most profits.

I would recommend that everyone watch - "Who Moved My Cheese"

I really thought it was me that was messing up in my first Network Marketing Opportunity. I mean I did sign up over 100 representatives at $500. per rep in 10 days and went # 1 in the world in my position however I couldn't see how OTHERS could have done what I did in that company. The other thing was my upline didn't even assist me in qualifying those reps to acquire the Team Cab Bonuses. In a 24 hour period I signed up 27 representatives for $500.00 because it was at the end of the month - We knew that each month we had to clean the slate and start over in order to acquire the customer bonuses.

I thought about the thousands of reps I signed up and asked myself : Maybe I am not the best rep in the company - just one of many leaders - however I don't see too many people wanting or able to do what I did.

I thought if everyone COULD DO - What I did - How much money we could make together ?
So many people had a challenge getting even 2 reps let alone - 20 in a month.

Make sure that if your working any opportunity that when you stop working - that you continue to get paid. That is true residual income !

If RESIDUAL INCOME is for real - all you have to do is look at the top people in your opportunity and ask yourself - Do they have to recruit to make money ? If someone
below them falls out of a position - or loses a customer - will they continue to get paid residuals?

The company I found today - Pays me whether or not people under me stay in their position or not and its based on a satisfied customer base !!! Not Recruiting !! It is DUPLICATABLE !!
My worst reps in the 1st company were my BEST REPS in the new opportunity.

I wonder what keeps someone in a company where they make no money ?
* Fear of Loss - They have been led to believe that SOME DAY will come where they will WIN
* Peer Pressure - Groups of Leaders talk negative about those who quite or do other things
* Focus - People are convinced that nothing is better than time spent in their MLM
- What happened to multiple streams of income and thinking like a BILLIONAIRE ?

Even after I have hit the top position in the company and out recruited other leaders
I even wonder why someone would continue doing something that is not working for
them.

My words of WISDOM are WATCH "WHO MOVED MY CHEESE" !!

I made more money RESIDUALLY with my NEW OPPORTUNITY in 5 months
than I made in the first 2 years in my first company combined !!

What is CRAZY is - I did no Home Meetings, One on One's, Pbrs, or countless 3 way calls.
Why ? It just is NOT duplicatable !!

Welcome to my Blog about Network Marketing

Dear MLM Leaders,

I am going to write about my experience in Network Marketing. My main goal is to help those out there whom are really committed to success and also to help millions live a better life. On any path you need a mentor to guide you. From my past experience I have found that if you listen to people who get you involved in your opportunity then you better make sure you want what they have or at least understand what kind of lifestyle you are headed for.

Network Marketing has shifted and I am also going to share NEW Network Marketing concepts vs. the 60's and 70's methods of doing Network Marketing and why things are easier today. You can work smarter vs. the hard way that will not duplicate.

If you were going to go through Medical school and spend 12 years of education, and $100,000's of dollars on education - I would always suggest that you step into the life of the top people in your field and make sure that its what you really want.

My first Network Marketing company I followed through and hit the top position in the company. I may have done over 10,000 meetings, attended close to 30 international trainings, was even number 1 in the company on a few occasions and even trained a convention center full or distributors while launching new countries. I will also share how I was introduced to the opportunity - what I was led to believe by my mentors and the reality which was two different stories !!

After getting to know the top people in my 1st network marketing company I must say that I was not impressed by their character and ethics. Things such as having integrity, being a friend outside of the business, and the biggest thing is the top people didn't have time for me - since if they stopped building their business - their checks stopped.

I was not about to go down the path of where people lie, stretch the truth, and pretend to be a friend. Friendship is more than working in a Network Marketing company with someone. Your whole life if you are truly successful should contain balance. There were many top VP's in my opportunity that I helped along the way in the way of doing trainings for them, helping them create momentum and build their business that once I left the company - didn't have time to be friends, attend my wedding, or just get together outside of building their team. I will share and interact with the readers on this blog some of the things that I experienced with hopes of shedding some light to other business builders out there.

Yes absolutely I made money, and absolutely so do some others however there were more people not making money then making money. If I was going to put all my energy into something I wanted it to PAY me RESIDUAL INCOME.

So follow me along my journey and I will explain what worked and what didn't. O.P.W stands for Other People's Wisdom. I hope that many of you will learn from my experience so you can
gain knowledge of what it really takes to be a leader in your opportunity and and if I can help you along the way with ideas for YOUR SUCCESS then that is GREAT !!
